David A. Di Lella received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998 and is a member of both the Law Society of Ontario and the New York State Bar. He is a partner with HORLICK LEVITT DI LELLA LLP, practicing civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury litigation, insurance coverage disputes, insurance defence and condominium law. David has successfully advocated before a variety of courts and administrative tribunals, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and in private arbitrations. He is a regular lecturer for a number of industry and trade groups and courses, including the Canadian Condominium Institute and Humber College, and is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
