Timothy M. Duggan was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2010. He received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008. He is an associate at Horlick Levitt Di Lella LLP, practicing primarily in the areas of condominium law, residential tenancy law, civil and commercial litigation, and appellate advocacy. His practice includes advising condominium boards and owners on governance issues, and rule and by-law drafting and interpretation. He has appeared before a variety of courts and administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Tim has also lectured for a number of professional and trade organizations, including the Canadian Condominium Institute, the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario, and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, and he has taught the Registered Condominium Manager course at Humber College and at numerous property management companies.
