Julia, who is fluent in Russian, is driven to find solutions for her clients. She has a practical approach to problem-solving and is engaging and relatable. Julia practices in all areas of condominium law, including condominium litigation.
Julia earned her J.D. from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law where she served as a Managing Editor of the Journal of Legal Studies, a student-run law review.
Julia was called to the Bar in 2014 and joined Horlick Levitt Di Lella LLP in 2018. Previously, she was an associate lawyer with a boutique condominium law firm.
Julia is a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). She also writes and speaks about condominium law in Ontario.
